Delivery in Romania via Urgent Cargus

The shipping cost is 28 lei, anywhere in Romania. If you choose to pay by card, the shipping cost will be reduced from 28 lei to 14 lei.

Delivery to store

If you placed an online order with in-store delivery, you can pick it up within a maximum of 5 days after receiving the email notifying you that it is ready. After those 5 days, any unpicked order will be canceled.

The showroom by Andreea Raicu is located on Paris Street, no. 7A. No appointment is needed to pick up your order. You can do it anytime during business hours.

Showroom hours: Monday-Friday : 10:00 - 19:00

Saturday : 11:00 - 16:00

Delivery to the European Union and countries outside the European Union via DHL

The shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of the package and its destination.

For orders placed from the Republic of Moldova, customs duties will be calculated separately.

Delivery time

The delivery time for any order is 3-4 business days from the order date for orders delivered via Cargus, within Romania.

The delivery time for DHL orders is 5-7 business days.

The exception is pre-order products, which will be delivered starting with the deadline displayed on the product page.
