Because many of you asked me what I eat and what sports I do to look like this at 40+, I thought it was time to show you.


What I like about this program is that it helps you tone up without having to exert excessive effort. In addition, I added exercises that directly target back pain because I often faced them and many times they prevented me from training. And I can't imagine not doing sports! I feel great after.

I asked Florin, my trainer, to help me, because although it is a program for those who cannot get to the gym, I wanted to bring the gym to you. Plus the advice and instructions of a trainer who knows how to show you exactly how to perform each individual exercise.

It's a program suitable for both beginners and those who do sports regularly. The workouts increase in intensity as your muscle mass gets used to the new routine. Once you get down to business, I advise you to update your diet with the recommendations from the food plan I prepared for you. A healthy body also needs the right fuel.

Daca esti ca majoritatea oamenilor, partea superioara a corpului tau petrece prea mult timp in aceeasi pozitie. Acest lucru poate duce la o postura proasta, tensiune musculara si durere. Acest set de exercitii pentru intind si “maseaza" coloana vertebrala toracica.

Realizat de Andreea sub indrumarea antrenoarei Luminita Nicolescu, acest antrenament dureaza o ora si 15 minute. Tae-bo este o combinatie de aerobic, balet, karate, box, dans, hip-hop si antrenamente cu greutati. Este un sport care poate sa arda, intr-o ora, 800 de calorii si iti intareste musculatura, coordonarea si mobilitatea.

Florin Cujba

Florin Cujba a facut sport inca din copilarie. La varsta de patru ani, a inceput sa practice arte martiale, mai exact, judo – un cuvant care se poate traduce prin „Calea Supletii“. Au urmat 16 ani de judo, in care a cunoscut performanta, cu suisurile si coborasurile ei.

Florin a absolvit Facultatea de Educatie Fizica si Sport din Iasi, apoi a urmat un Master in Management si Marketing in Sport la Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza“. In 2013, a urmat un Master de Fitness Business la Institutul European de Fitness din Birmingham, Marea Britanie. Iar in 2015, a urmat cursurile de Leadership & Executive Coach la Center of Executive Coaching Romania.
