Delivery in Romania via Urgent Cargus

The cost of transport is 28 lei, anywhere in Romania. If you choose to pay by card, the shipping cost will be reduced from 28 lei to 14 lei.

Delivery to the store

If you made an online order with delivery in the store, you can pick it up within a maximum of 5 days after receiving the email informing you that it is ready. After the 5 days, any unclaimed order will be cancelled.

The showroom by Andreea Raicu is located on Paris Street, no. 7A. No appointment is needed to pick up your order. You can do it anytime during working hours

Monday-Friday : 10:00 - 19:00

Saturday : 11:00 - 16:00

Between 17.09.2024 and 19.09.2024, the showroom in Paris street no. 7A will be closed. We will return to normal schedule starting September 20th.

Orders placed online on the website during this period will be processed starting on September 20.

Delivery in the European Union and the Republic of Moldova via DHL

The cost of transport will be calculated according to the weight of the parcel and its destination.

For orders placed from the Republic of Moldova, customs fees will be calculated separately.

Delivery term

The delivery time for any order is 3-4 working days from the date of the order for orders delivered through Cargus, on the territory of Romania.

Delivery time for DHL orders is 5-7 working days.

The exception is pre-ordered products, which will be delivered starting with the deadline displayed on the product page.
